We need a longer time horizon to understand this. Since the curriculum is aligned to activities in the retail workplace, trainees pursuing education will be able to apply the learning in their OJT.
The team is very responsive regarding our questions, data-related requirements, and resolving challenges in enrollment or learning sessions. They came up with solutions on a timely basis for real-time issues, which were effective in addressing the solutions. They are consistent in tracking and monitoring key activities in the project. The team seems aligned with our intentions of making the trainees get the maximum benefit out of the learning opportunity. We appreciate the team's support.
